In 2004 Snøhetta expanded their office into a renovated warehouse along the waterfront of Oslo, Norway. The office arrangement exemplifies Snøhetta's approach to design and collaboration. An open office fills half of the floor plan, while a long table fills the other half. Comfortably seating 70 people, this table is used for lunch as well as for informal meeting and discussion space. Conference rooms sit at the top of an amphitheater in the center of the space. The steps are used for socializing, office gatherings, and announcements.
