Web Style Guide

This guide is for anyone creating content on the Libraries' website. Our goal is to write clear, usable, and consistent content that helps our users. If you create or maintain workshops, devices, guides, spaces, or any other web content, this guide is for you.

The recommendations in this guide don’t necessarily apply to news, Library Stories, finding aids, or printed materials. If you’re creating a publication, you can refer to Style & Usage (staff login required).

The User Experience Department maintains this guide. Some sections are forthcoming. If there's a forthcoming (unlinked) section you'd like guidance on, and for other questions, please email us.
