This collection contains sample books of fabrics, yarns, weaving patterns, and other textiles and textile-related material. The majority of these materials are in German. The collection also includes manuals and correspondence related to Qiana nylon, a polyamide fabric developed by DuPont in the 1960s. Most materials related to Qiana nylon are in English and date to the early 1970s.
