The Solar Energy Research and Education Foundation (SEREF) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to education, infrastructure assistance, rural development, small business, knowledge exchange, and capacity development relating to solar energy primarily in Latin America and Caribbean as well as the rest of the world.

Scope/content

The Solar Energy Research and Education Foundation Ephemeral Publications and Audiovisual Collection is comprised of various ephemeral publications documenting the solar energy industry and the research into solar energy as an alternative energy source. The collection also includes audio and video recordings about solar energy.

Arranged into 8 series: 1. Serials, 2. Government documents, 3. Conference proceedings, 4. Reports, 5. Catalogs, 6. Articles, reprints, and papers, 7. Flyers, and 8. Audiovisual materials.
