I'm grateful to Julie for her help managing what turned out to be a complex set of requests related to telephone changes. She persisted through hours of work with ComTech to make the changes and kept me in the loop all the way through. What seemed like straightforward requests turned out to be a lot more challenging and this just goes to show how much effort and care Julie goes to when she handles requests behind the scenes.
