Apply for Unassisted Access to the D. H. Hill Jr. Library
Use this form to apply for an access card to the East Door of the Hill Library (facing the Patterson Parking Lot). This entrance is not open to users who don't have an access card. Individuals with disabilities can use the electronic proximity card to temporarily deactivate the lock and alarms, and use the push pad to open the doors for unassisted entry.
- You can enter the Hill Library unassisted without having the fill out this form. Use the Hillsborough Street and Brickyard entrances; both are accessible.
