High-tech spaces user agreement

I warrant that I own or have the right to use all content included in my project files (hereinafter referred to as “Work”) and that nothing in my Work violates any rights to publicity, privacy, or intellectual property or otherwise harms or violates the rights of any third party.

I grant North Carolina State University Libraries (“Libraries”) a nonexclusive right to use my Work for purposes such as education, scholarship, and library activities, including formats such as print, public tours, and the Internet, compatible with a Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

In the case of a collaborative project, I accept responsibility for obtaining written or verbal consent from my collaborators to display our Work at the Libraries.

I understand that at the end of each semester, files may be deleted from the Libraries’ high-tech space server and my Work may not be retained for long-term preservation or permanent access unless otherwise agreed upon. I acknowledge that the Libraries provides Digital Scholarship resources to assist me in disseminating my Work beyond the high-tech spaces.
