Can I request a scan of something that's in print?

If you need just a chapter of a book or an article that we have in print, in most cases, we can scan that for you! The table below includes information on what you can request. You can place a request via Tripsaver Interlibrary Loan or wherever you see a "Request" or "Request this PDF" button while searching the Libraries' collections online.

All articles are scanned as searchable PDFs (OCR). To request access to alternative formats and/or accessible PDFs of library resources, contact library_tripsaver@ncsu.edu. In some cases we may work with the Disability Resources Office to acquire accessible alternatives to our print materials.
