It’s time for the Libraries book sale, April 11-15!

Grab armfuls of bargain books in the tent on the Brickyard—and join the Friends of the Libraries for early access

Get ready for the Friends of the Libraries Frank B. Armstrong Memorial Book Sale! All week during April 11-15 come to the tent in the Brickyard to find books about every subject under the sun. The full sale schedule is below.

The book sale is a wonderful way to support the Libraries while bringing home treasures to read. All proceeds from the sale directly benefit the Libraries’ endowment. In past years the sale has raised almost $17,000 for the Libraries and distributed over 800 boxes of books!

Also, students—did you know that you can join the Friends of the Libraries for free? And that FOL members get a preview of the books the first night of the sale, before it opens to the public? Take advantage of that!

Honoring a devoted supporter of the Libraries, the Frank B. Armstrong Memorial Book Sale is the culmination of hundreds of hours of work by volunteers, students, the Libraries staff, and others. It's also a great way to recycle books through the community and to give the Libraries that extra boost needed to help us remain a world-class resource for NC State.
