How do I find information about target customers?

Mintel is a consumer-based database, which surveys thousands of individuals online about specific industries, topics, or products. The “Databook” included with each report is especially helpful. As an example, the Coffee report contains data which breaks down how much individuals are willing to spend on ethically-sourced coffee beans, broken down by demographic.
