Why does study room display screen go into powersaving mode and stop displaying?
The screens in the study rooms will go into powersaving mode and shut off when they lose connection to the laptop or other device that is attached to them.
To troubleshoot: Check the VGA or HDMI cable or connection to the laptop, making sure it is tight. Also check the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable connection under the study tables to make sure it has not been accidentally kicked loose.
