What is the Libraries' policy on food, drink, and tobacco products?
NC State University Libraries allows food and covered beverages in most library spaces, with the exception of the Special Collections Reading room, and some of our technology spaces. Please respect signage indicating areas where food or drink are not allowed.
NC State University Libraries prohibits the use of tobacco products on library facilities, including on outdoor terraces. This includes all forms of tobacco use, including smoking, chewing, e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
