Emily Lynema (Information Technology) recently presented a talk for the Project Manager's Meeting at the Digital Library Federation Fall Forum in Palo Alto, California. The talk, entitled "Agile Project Management and the Real World," looked at agile project management techniques in general and their specific application within IT's Core Information Systems group, and is available via Google Docs .
