Libraries Staff Volunteer at Food Pantry

In May, staff members Alex Reher, Natalia Lopez, and Amelia Rodarte assisted the Feed the Pack Pantry leadership team in preparing the food pantry for the week. Their fridges had been down, so there weren't as many donations as usual. Nonetheless, the staffers helped receive and log what items they did have, checked expiration dates on items, and restocked shelves. They also helped repackage bulk donations, dusting the counters and floor with flour and filling the air with the scent of spices in the process. Thanks to our staff for their continued support of the Food Pantry!
