The North Carolina State University, College of Engineering, Coordinators of Advising Committee Records include meeting minutes, correspondence, and a few annual reports regarding the work of the committee. Materials range in date from 1983 to 2015.

The Coordinators of Advising Committee at North Carolina State University's College of Engineering worked closely with the Courses and Curricula Committee to provide guidance on academic regulations and policies and procedures for students in the College of Engineering. It served to disseminate information on new policies to advisors who would in turn inform students. Topics included dropping/adding classes, student transfers, grade requirements, course credits, Freshman orientation, study abroad, learning disabilities, and reports from Student Health Services. As of 2019, it appears there is one Coordinator of Advising in each college to fulfill the role of this committee.
