North Carolina State University's Extension Service extends the knowledge and wisdom received from the reasearch to the population of North Carolina, aiming to improve their lives and contribute to the development of the state. More specifically, Extension experts work with farmers and businesses to identify local needs in every county, seeking to apply science and technology to better address various issues.
