Corrections and notes have been made on the document in pen. Frederick Gail Warren (1915 - 1998) came to North Carolina State University in 1949 as an associate professor of Animal Industry. He was a member of the Food Science Department from 1961 until 1980. Victor Arthur Rice (1890 - 1964) earned his bachelor's degree from North Carolina State in 1917, and received an honorary Doctor of Agriculture degree from the school in 1946. He returned to N.C. State in 1955 as the director of instruction in the School of Agriculture, where he directed the resident teaching program.
