Contains administrative information, reports, and policies for the Libraries Acquisitions Department and three ledgers. The Acquisitions Department handled incoming books and other media for North Carolina State University Libraries. This included ordering and licensing. It later merged with the Metadata and Cataloging Department to form Acquisitions and Discovery.
