What if I can't access an online textbook?
If you're having trouble accessing an e-textbook that's in the library catalog, Ask Us and we'll do our best to help you get access. If the e-textbook is not in the library catalog and you access it with an access code, you’ll need to contact the NC State Bookstore (or the retailer that sold you the access code) to resolve the issue.
