Is NC State University an institutional member of open access publishing initiatives such as the Public Library of Science (PLoS) or BioMed Central?

NC State University Libraries joined PLoS as an institutional member for PLoS Biology and PLoS Medicine in 2021, then later added the remaining PLoS journals in 2023.  The Libraries maintains a page about the PLoS membership and our current support for open access (OA) publishing. 

The NC State University Libraries is not a member of BioMed Central.
