How do I watch Blu-Ray and DVD discs, VHS tapes, DV tapes, and other moving image media in the library?
View Region 1 (domestic) Blu-Ray Discs
D.H. Hill Jr.
- Use the viewing station inside the Digital Media Lab at D. H. Hill Jr. Library, which is available on a first-come, first-serve, basis. A kit with the machine's remote, two pairs of headphones, and a headphone splitter is available at the Ask Us desk.
- A multi-region DVD/Blu-ray player is available for four-hour checkout from the Ask Us desk.
Hunt Library
- Blu-Ray disc viewing is currently not supported at Hunt Library. Email Jason Evans Groth for more information.
View Foreign (non-region 1) Blu-Ray Discs

- Make a reservation in the 4K Video Studio or the Green Screen Studio and use the in-room VHS players to watch (and transfer to digital, if needed) VHS tapes.

View Digital Video (DV) Tapes
