How can patrons with disabilities enter D. H. Hill Jr. Library?

Wheelchair-accessible ramps are located on the Brickyard side of the library. We also have wheelchairs available for patron use while visiting the D.H. Hill Jr. Library. To arrange for a staff member to meet a patron at the entrance with a wheelchair, please call 919-515-3364, or use the Ask Us service.

Patrons with disabilities may apply for a proximity card that enables regular access to the specially equipped entrance facing Hillsborough Street.
