Does the NC State University Libraries use Overdrive or Libby for ebooks?
No, but the Wake County Public Libraries does. You will need to create an account with Wake County Public Libraries to use these resources. If you don't live in Wake County, check with your county's public library.

You can also access ebooks through NC LIVE where many of their books are downloadable.
