About This Exhibit

The Technology Lending program at the NC State University Libraries aims to help increase students' access to technology and technological literacy. At the Ask Us desk, students can borrow laptops, chargers, e-readers, cameras, iPads, voice recorders, and other devices that include electronics prototyping platforms, full light field cameras, and kickstarted projects. In the Technology Showcase, visitors can see some examples of these items, curated especially by Libraries staff, and learn about what these items can do.
