ARt: Augmented Reality in 3D

The ARt exhibit is a collection of 3D digital models that can be viewed in augmented reality (AR). The models were created by students in the Digital Modeling (ADN 423) course of Emil Polyak, Assistant Professor of Art + Design in NC State’s College of Design. To see these students’ work, visitors look through a smartphone (using the popular social media app Snapchat) to see the digital models hovering over the colorful targets on the physical tables in the Technology Showcase.
