About This Event

A Prevention Services drop-in series for students to destress and refocus. Sessions will run from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and use various mindfulness techniques that are both relaxing and fun. We'll start at the Tech Showcase. Today’s session: Mindful Eating - We'll provide the snacks!
