This collection contains two scrapbooks compiled by the historians of the Self-Help Club at North Carolina State College for the academic years of 1929-1930 and 1930-1931, and a third for the years 1931-1933. Scrapbooks contain photographs of many club members as well as their contact information and brief biographies.

The Self-Help Club at North Carolina State College (later University) was created in 1927 as a fraternal organization which emphasized character, friendship, fidelity, loyalty, leadership, and service. The Club was active at least through 1933, but has since disbanded.
