In the letter, postmarked from Boomer (Wilkes County), North Carolina, Mrs. Teague described events happening at home, and asked Midge to write back when she had the chance. Mrs. Teague sent the letter to Presbyterian Hospital, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.</abstract>
