The Edward P. Bailey letter describes the conditions of student life at North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts through Bailey's eyes as a freshman in 1900. There are two copies, one handwritten and one typed.
Bailey received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts in 1904.
