Files in boxes 4-8 chiefly concern arrangements for annual meetings. The collection also contains a small file of correspondence and financial information on the Cotton States Branch from 1926-1959 and correspondence from the Southeastern Branch and the national office dating to 1972. Correspondence regarding the annual meetings and committee assignments are in folders and range in dates from 1954 to 2011. Also included are a complete collection of Southeastern Branch annual meeting programs from 1940 to 2004 and unidentified photographs dating to 1954. Published history summaries of the Southeastern Branch cover the period 1904-1988. In 1996 Southeastern Branch business was conducted using electronic correspondence.
