Why does my login ID and password work on Macs in the Learning Commons and in the stacks, but not on PCs?
Some users may have difficulty logging into patron PCs the first time due to Unity password synchronization issues. If you find that your password doesn't seem to work anymore, or that it works on Macs but not on PCs, synchronize your password by going to
Change Your Unity Password Page.
Use your current password as both the CURRENT AND NEW password. Enter your Unity ID, followed by the SAME password in all three blanks. You aren't actually changing your password, but are rather synchronizing your password across all of the services authenticated by the Unity environment, including Active Directory.
