What can I do if I do not see my K drive, I cannot open documents in My Documents, or if I cannot save to my K drive?
Here are a few steps you should follow to fix the problem.
If you log in and your K drive was not successfully mapped, you will not be able to save to the K drive or any other folders associated with a K drive (My Documents, etc).
To map the K drive go to Start -> Programs -> Map AFS and click on "authentication." It will prompt you to log in with your Unity ID and password. Hit OK and the K drive will be mapped.
If you can see your K drive but you are unable to save, it is probably because there is not enough free space in the directory.
