Print Quota - WolfCopy - which one should I use for printing?
Print Quota is the preferred method of printing for NCSU students, faculty and staff. Print Quota works on all the computers in D.H. Hill Library except the "Web Only" computers on this map, and the GIS computers in the Learning Commons.
Buy Print Quota online at go.ncsu.edu/print. From this site patrons may use "Web Print," a tool allowing you to print a document from your computer to one of the campus printers. The print job will be charged to your Print Quota account just as if you had printed in the library. Only PDF (.pdf) files can be printed with this tool.
WolfCopy cards are used when printing from:
- the "Web Only" computers on this map.
- the GIS computers in the Learning Commons.
For non-NCSU visitors to the libraries, a WolfCopy card is the only way to print. Visitors can use the computers in Ground Floor Reading Room (details).
WolfCopy cards can be purchased from a card-vending machine just off the main lobby on the 1st floor of D. H. Hill Library (and other locations around campus). WolfCopy cards are also used for photocopying.
