How do I add images or other files to my wiki?
Images and other types of files can be uploaded to the WolfWikis space and linked in wiki pages. In the "toolbox" section on the left sidebar, select "Upload file".
Please note that only certain types of files can be uploaded, and they must not exceed a certain file size (number of bytes).
Once the file is uploaded, you can link to it like this (using "myproject.jpg" as an example):
[[Image:myproject.jpg|Photo of my project]]
IMPORTANT: Descriptive text after the "|" symbol is called the "alt text" and is required by NCSU regulations regarding web accessibility. For further information, see Designing for Accessibility - Overview.
You may also link to external images:
[[Image:http://www.somewhere.com/image.jpg|Photo of someone else's project]]
